LetsIgnite – LetsVenture’s flagship conference for startup investors and founders – has been bringing together the most influential stakeholders to rethink startup investment and fundraising through cycles of highs and lows for several years now.
LetsVenture is excited to announce that the eighth edition of LetsIgnite is back. It is bigger and could not have arrived at a more suitable time.
Having hosted more than 30 speakers and over 300 attendees last year, the theme for this year is 'Lead into the future: Redefining angel investing for new India.' Your favorite startup investment platform, LetsVenture, will also unveil new products tailored to suit every founder’s needs.
Besides these, there are other interesting launches and discussions lined up for portfolio-based investments.
The day-long conference features a stellar lineup of speakers, including Founder & CEO, People Group and Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal, Partner at Accel Prayank Swaroop, Head of Gaming, APAC for Google Cloud Sameer Pitalwalla, General Partner, Modulor Capital Bhavish Sood, Founder & Managing Partner, Fairangels.VC Govind Shorewala, President, Reliance Jio & Partner, Pivot Ventures Vikas Choudhury, Director, Blume Ventures Arpit Agarwal, and many more investors as well as founders.
The aim is to facilitate honest conversations with seasoned investors and founders to analyse trends in private equity investing and fundraising, role of a lead investor, and the many routes to make startup investment as syndicates, microfunds, and more.
As LetsVenture CEO and Co-founder Shanti Mohan said,
“A bit of background for all of you who don't know why we do this, and how we define success. We don't think of LetsIgnite as an event, where an event management company runs the show. The day is designed by our business team, and by the core leadership team at LetsVenture. There is no single event in India today that an angel investor can attend to understand the nuances of private markets from curating startups, investing with co-investors, leading a deal, or launching a syndicate. We also talk the hard stuff - from exits to managing conversations on uprounds. Success to us is not how many people attended. It is if the day was well spent for people who chose to attend. If you are serious of understanding startup investing, this is the place to be. We would love to host you and continue to build the India startup ecosystem.”
LetsIgnite 2022 also aims to recognise champion entrepreneurs of the country at a time when the economic downturn is putting the best of founders to test.
If you are a passionate founder or know one who deserves recognition, here’s your chance to apply or nominate across 10 unique categories, regardless of where you are in your entrepreneurial journey.
Make sure to apply by July 15, 2022.
The panel-picked winners will be awarded during the day-long conference on Aug 5, 2022.
