Shanti Mohan is an angel investor and the Founder & CEO of LetsVenture and trica. She is the Nominated Committee Member, Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) of SEBI. She is also Member of the Karnataka Vision Board for Startups.

Founded LetsVenture.com along with Shanti Mohan in 2013 to create India's first digital platform for early-stage startups to raise funding from angel investors. trica.co started as a subsidiary of LetsVenture in 2021, it has two verticals - trica equity (SaaS product for startups for cap table and ESOP management) and trica capital (fundraising for growth stage startups).

Pranav Mahajani, is a IIM Ahmedabad graduate with 17 years of investment banking experience. A career investment banker and a dedicated partner to founders, brings a wealth of expertise to his role as President at trica capital. His passion lies in assisting startups in effectively managing their capital, allowing the team to concentrate on driving growth.

Pramod is a senior business leader with more than three decades of experience in customer service, Human resources, Business Development and Customer operations. His experience across blue chip companies like Airtel, Tata sky, ACT Fibernet along with his last few years in the debt space make him an astute Business professional. He is responsible for building and nurturing the Debt arm of Lets Venture.

Syna Dehnugara is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in both the media industry and the world of startup investing. As the Head of Family Office Practice at trica.co (a LetsVenture company), Syna brings her passion for entrepreneurship to the forefront. Her focus is on deepening the understanding of startup investing as an asset class while facilitating transactions in early to late-stage companies and venture funds.

Sabah Mehkeri is the head of partnerships at LetsVenture. She was previously associated with YourStory where she led a 16-member team as the head of brand solutions, overseeing brand marketing campaigns. With nearly two decades of professional experience, Sabah is a keen advocate of collaboration and partnerships between private companies, public institutions, and large corporations.
